1. Using Multi Space
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Multi Space Android application, package com.multispace.appcloner, and this website. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Fidei Trading Limited, the developer of Multi Space.
Use Multi Space only if you can lawfully agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The Privacy Policy explains data handling.
2. What the app provides
Multi Space provides tools to create, launch, and organize supported application instances in a local Android container. Workspace groups organize instances; moving an instance between workspaces is not a transfer of its account to a different service.
Compatibility depends on your device, Android version, application architecture, the container engine, and the source application’s own requirements. An application, login, notification, background task, Google service, or security check may not work in a container. Availability of a feature does not guarantee compatibility with every application or version.
Multi Space does not grant you accounts, licenses, subscriptions, or other rights in applications you add. Those applications and their content remain governed by their providers’ terms.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use only applications and accounts you are authorized to use, and comply with applicable law and each provider’s account, software, and service rules.
- Do not use Multi Space to commit fraud, impersonate others, send spam, distribute malware, access another person’s account or data without permission, or evade lawful restrictions.
- Do not treat instance separation or virtual device settings as a guarantee of anonymity, security, or permission to avoid another provider’s safeguards.
- Protect your device and account credentials, review permissions, and keep independent copies of important information where the source application supports it.
- Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, private communications, or confidential documents to a public support channel.
4. Software and intellectual property
Subject to these terms, you may use the Multi Space app on devices you are authorized to use for its intended functionality. Ownership of Multi Space branding and original software remains with their respective rights holders. Third-party software, application icons, trademarks, and open-source components remain owned or licensed by their respective providers.
You may not redistribute, sell, or falsely present Multi Space as your own product without the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where an applicable license or mandatory law permits it. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted by an open-source license or rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Multi Space is not sponsored by or affiliated with the providers of applications you run merely because their names or icons appear in the interface.
5. Your data and third-party accounts
You retain the rights you have in your own content. Your content may be processed by the applications you choose, their providers, and the device as explained in the Privacy Policy. These terms do not give us ownership of your private account content.
Deleting an instance, clearing Multi Space storage, uninstalling the app, restoring a device, or changing incompatible software can remove local application data. Deleting a workspace alone moves instances to the default group. Deleting a local instance does not close your account with its original provider.
We cannot recover account passwords, guarantee restoration of local data, or reverse actions carried out within a third-party application. Contact that application’s provider for account access, purchases, or deletion.
6. Updates and changes
We may release updates for compatibility, security, or functionality. Application configuration may change which component entries are offered in the adding-app interface. Certain versions may require an update before further use, and an update notice may direct you to an application-store listing.
Download software from a source you trust and verify the destination before installing an update. Feature availability can change, but changes to interface grouping alone do not intentionally reinstall instances or migrate their account data. Where applicable law requires notice or consent, those requirements continue to apply.
7. Advertising, subscriptions, and purchases
The free Multi Space interface includes advertising provided through Google Mobile Ads. Active Premium access removes ads supplied by Multi Space itself. It does not remove ads within applications you run, grant paid access to those applications, or guarantee their compatibility. Advertising data handling and available privacy choices are explained in our Privacy Policy.
Offers and payment
Multi Space offers Premium subscriptions through Google Play Billing and uses RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage access. Other in-app purchases may also be offered, including optional one-time support purchases. The purchase screen and Google Play confirmation identify the product, price, currency, billing period where applicable, and any offer conditions before you confirm. Availability and pricing can vary by region and account. An optional support purchase is separate from a Premium subscription; rely on the product’s stated benefits rather than assuming it unlocks Premium.
Renewal and cancellation
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew and charge through Google Play for each billing period unless canceled according to the offer and Google Play’s rules. Review any trial or promotional conditions shown before purchase; a trial is available only if expressly offered. Manage or cancel through Multi Space Settings → Manage subscription, or directly in Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling Multi Space, clearing its storage, or deleting an instance does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period, subject to Google Play’s rules and any refund or revocation.
Restoration, access, and refunds
Use Restore purchases in Multi Space Settings with the Google Play account used for the purchase to restore eligible subscription access. Restoration is subject to store records and product eligibility; it does not restore consumed one-time purchases or cloned application data. Purchase verification and access updates may require a network connection. Pending purchases do not grant Premium until confirmed; access can change after expiry, a refund, or revocation.
Refund requests are subject to Google Play’s refund policy and applicable law. Contact us if you need help with Multi Space access or a purchase issue. These terms do not remove statutory refund or consumer rights. A subscription or purchase made inside an application you run remains governed by that application’s provider and store; Multi Space does not manage those separate transactions.
8. Service limits and legal rights
We aim to provide a useful app, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, universal application compatibility, continuous notifications, or that a third-party account will remain accessible. Multi Space should not be relied on as the sole means of emergency communication or the sole copy of important data.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is supplied as available without additional warranties beyond those required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections or liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
Any responsibility for a loss is determined under the law that applies to your circumstances. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive non-waivable consumer rights, or require you to bring a claim in an undisclosed foreign jurisdiction.
9. Ending use and changes to these terms
You can stop using Multi Space at any time and uninstall it. Cancel any recurring Multi Space subscription separately in Google Play to stop future renewals. Manage exported files, system backups, provider records, and third-party accounts separately if you also want to remove those records.
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will receive notice where required, and changes do not retroactively remove rights that applicable law gives you.
